So how does it work?

That depends on the individual, everything we do is personalised to the persons goal, experience, time commitment and personality traits. We coach are clients either one on one, online or in a small group environment.

Why should we use your service?

Our industry is fuelled by gimmick workouts and unrealistic fad diets. We give you honest and easy to follow program that will get you stronger and leaner.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Absolutely not you need to start to be fit not be fit to start. We specialise in working with complete beginners and making them feel comfortable and confident at the gym.

How much time do I have to commit to this program?

It depends but generally the initial 28 days you will need to commit to 2-4 (30 minutes) x per week. After that twice a week for 45 minutes is enough for majority of members who go through this program. We have people do more and some do less, its our job to customise to fit your schedule and lifestyle.

Do I need to follow a particular diet?

No! This program is to teach how to train for your goals. We don't cover nutrition in these sessions that can be arranged. But we strongly believe in not overwhelming you with too many thinks at the beginning.

Is this a lock in contract?

We don't do lock in contracts, because we offer a good quality service that actually works we don't need to use scummy tactics to long members into contracts.

How Much does this cost?

The initial 2 sessions are free and after we understand you and your goals we can recommend the best options. Are options vary in price from 15.95 per week to 169.95 per week depending on your goals and budget.
